This checklist should serve as a guide as you plan your research grant strategy. In order for this document to be effective at helping you plan your grant, you need to refer to it multiple times throughout the application process.
NIH 398 GRANT FORMS
As NIH transitions to mandatory e-submission, forms and processes are changing. Please go to the NIH website directly to download forms in MS Word or PDF when applying for grants and always check for new instructions, updated forms and carefully follow the e-submission guidelines.
If you have questions or concerns about submitting an NIH grant, please call Jamien Richardson directly for assistance at 617-726-1363. We hope to post more helpful guideline documents in the near future.
